Three men are standing outdoors near a boat, some with sunglasses and hats. One man is touching his head, another is holding a tool, and the third is looking at a device on the boat. There are trees and hills in the background.

Matt's approach to risk management is rooted in a lifelong passion for outdoor adventure sports, which has given him a strong, practical understanding of assessing risk in both static and dynamic environments. When planning a stunt rig or action sequence from the ground up, Matt draws on this experience to properly assess each situation and mitigate any potential hazards, ensuring the film crew and performers can execute their work in a safe environment.

Matt is also currently completing the NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety, an internationally recognised qualification, with assessment scheduled for September 2026.
